| A night at the GREATER JACKSONVILLE AGRICULTURAL FAIR November 2, 2007 |

The Greater Jacksonville
Agricultural Fair takes place around this time every year. Its mission
is to celebrate heritage, culture and community, and provide wholesome
family fun, great entertainment, friendly competition and education. We
like to go every year, not to soak up culture, seek education,
see the entertainers, or ride the scary rides. We go to watch the
people, see the animals, win some cheap souvenirs and eat food that's
unique to the fair. Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair |

| The
dedication and expert care of the stock on display is evident.
There are also special animal shows featuring jumping dogs, racing
pigs, and alligators. |

Other exhibit areas include horticulture, Florida crops, garden clubs, floral arrangements, arts & crafts, quilts, and furniture, but for us, the bright lights of the midway are calling. |
![]() It didn't take long for Stuart and Lisa to be captured by a persuasive vendor. |
|
![]() A few bucks, a few darts, a few popped balloons... |
|
![]() ... and they had a lasting memento of the night. |
|
![]() This is what I go to the fair for. I had a corn dog to hold me over until the main course. |
|
![]() Finally, a spicy Italian sausage with the works. |
