The Werner Family - Elenora Mertins married
Frederick Werner
and had three children. Katie May Werner is the mother of Mary Frances
Kennedy and Frederick Werner Jr is the father of Margaret Scheerer, my
two second cousins in Thomasville Georgia. This photo is from around
1905.

"Muddy Rutherford" - I restored this photo from a
badly
damaged cardboard image given to me by Margaret Scheerer. Margaret
Scheerer's
mother was Josie Rutherford. I'm not sure who "Muddy" is.

I don't know if this is a Mertins or a Quina. My old
notes indicate
she is a Quina, but Margaret Scheerer said it is Ida Mertins. What do
you
think?

The DeFlorin's - These are my paternal
grandparents, Ida
Mertins DeFlorin and Richard F.C. DeFlorin. My father, William Victor
DeFlorin
was born in 1900. This photograph was badly faded and spotted, but a
good
scanner and some hand touch-ups brought it back. I assume this is their
wedding photograph from 1894.

The Quina's - These are my maternal grandparents,
Rae Ard
Coney Quina and Arthur William Quina. My mother, Rae Elizabeth Quina
was
born in 1913. The scanner did a nice job on this old photograph too. I
believe this photograph was taken around the time they married in 1912.
